| ELECTION TIME IS NEAR WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10, 2010 Your election committee is working hard to make the process easier. Check out RIC at 9 am, 12, 3, 6 & 9 pm for the instructional video regarding QUORUM PROXY voting by Larry Geller. A brief synopsis here: Florida law specifies a 30% rule to achieve a quorum. In our case, that means we need 271 quorum for Masters 169 quorum for Homes 101 quorum for Villas The Quorum Proxy is not to be used for balloting purposes, only to count you present for quorum purposes only. An absentee ballot is to be used to vote if you cannot attend the March 10 election but does not substitute for the Quorum Proxy. If you cannot attend in person, send in your Quorum Proxy as well as your Absentee ballot. Remember, only one vote per household. YOUR VOTE IS IMPORTANT!
