March comes in like a Lion and Classes is ROARING in...

Classes is very pleased to invite you to a fascinating discussion, Friday, March 26 at 7:30pm in the auditorium.
Titled "Embracing What Really Matters in Life", it is presented by Steve Goldberg, a new  Rainberry Bay
resident.  "Living the Upside Life", Steve believes that our second half of our life can be our best half. It's a time
of potentially harnessing personal energy and life experience and engaging our bodies, hearts, minds and
spirits in wise, curious and magnificent ways that may not have been possible earlier in life. This will be a lively
interactive discussion, you will not want to miss. We have a $2.00pp charity donation, that will be collected at
the door.

Our Humanities Program follows:

Myrna Goldberger returns with her next series of 4 classes "You Can Quote Me" on Mondays, March 1, 8 15 and 22,
beginning promptly at 10:30 am in the Auditorium.
Matriculated students may sign up for the series ahead by depositing a $16.00 check in classes mailbox. Or pay at the door.

Tuesday, March 2  we have our trip to the Boca Raton Museum of Art for the "Magical World of M.C.Escher and Mary
Cassett, Impressionist." There is a docent escort.  Still some spaces left, call Susan Sussman at 272-4483.  $12.00 pp.

Book Review continues on Thursday, March 4, 1:30 pm in the Clubhouse.

Al Guastafeste opens "Piano For The Soul" on Tuesday, March 9, at 7:00 pm in the Theater. It's my era: "Back to the Music of
    the Fabulous Fifties."
    Tickets available at the door.

Professor Albanese brings us "Dance and Ballet Movements from famous Operas," with his Joy of Opera on Tuesday March
16, promptly at 1:30 pm in the Theater. Tickets available at the door.

Dr. Anita Kirchen returns Wednesday, March 24 at 7:30pm in the auditorium with "Women Artists - Hidden in History."
Although we are familiar with women artists from the 19th and 20th century, woman have been creating art since ancient
times. This is the second in our Visual Arts Series and also coincides with Women's History Month. You may pay at the door,
    matric students $6.00 and non-matric $8.00

Current Events continues every Thursday at 10:00am

If you want a discount on your Auto Insurance, sigh up for the AARP Driving Course to be give on Monday March 8 and Wednesday
March 10, both from 1-4pm in the M
CR. This will be the final course until next fall.  Call Cal at 243-9235 to reserve a spot.

Our Crafts Program is Varied and Fun

Crafty Tuesdays continue with Paper Crafts with Madeline on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday and Polymer Clay Design with Rosie
on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. Both classes begin at 10:30 am and are free with a materials fee.

Clay Hand Modeling continues every Friday, 9-12 and Ceramics is every Wednesday, 1-3 with a $6.00 plus materials fee.

Our Physical Ed. Program is one of the best.

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9-10am you can participate in our specialized Low-Impact Classes.

Line Dancing Class for Men and Women will begin on  Tuesday March 2 at 1:30 - 3:30 and every Tuesday through April 27.
This low-impact class will get you moving to the music. No experience needed. No partner needed. Wear comfortable shoes.
(No flip-flops, please.) Call  Vicki Ryder, instructor 330-9016 to save a space.

Remember,
a mind is like a parachute, it doesn't  work unless it is opened.  We offer plenty to Open Your Minds this
month.

See you in class, Joyce
