| Good Health encompasses many different forms of exercise. Stationery bikes are a good form and we have those in our Fitness Room. Even better health can be found in the camaraderie of friends doing things together. |

The members of the Bike Club meet every Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. for
a spin around and through some streets of Rainberry Bay.
Some of us meet in the gym for stationery bikes. Some of us walk together,
some of us just meet and greet each other.
Please join us - we are a lively, active group.

At 10:00 a.m. we meet in the Auditorium in the Club House for a lite Breakfast
consisting of Coffee Tea Crackers Cheese Cookies and sometimes Donuts or
Cake.
Cost $1.00. Also sometimes Lox, Cream Cheese, White Fish Salad and all the
trimmings.
