Rainberry Bay is a gated community which supports
many different living styles. There are a variety of Villas,
Townhouses, Lakeside Homes, Zero-Lot Line Homes, Homes
with full lots and at least 25 different models to choose from.

There are currently about 1,600 people living here, many of
them year-round residents, of many age groups and
ethnicities. Pets are also permitted, within specific
guidelines. We are a 55+ community which means that our
homes must be owned or occupied by individuals 55 and
over. There are no children under 16 allowed as residents
but we enthusiastically welcome our kids and grand-kids
whenever they come for visits.

There are three Homeowner Associations, each with three
Representatives on the Board of Directors. Every home
owner is a member of the Master's Association and,
depending on the type of home you own, you will belong to
either the Villas or the Homes' Association.
The BOARD OF DIRECTORS, holds a Homeowner's
Meeting, usually on the first Wednesday of the month, at
7:30 pm. Please come to the meetings to learn what is
going on in the Community and with our many Clubs and
become a contributing member of your community.

In addition, the Board holds open meetings on the third
Tuesday of each month in the Clubhouse, followed by a
Residents Concerns meeting. The Residents' Concerns
meeting is the venue to discuss with the Board any
specific problems you may be having with management. is
really happening in the community and to deliver any input
you might have. The Board also oversees the operation of
our full time management company.

Our current management company is Castle Management.
You may reach them any time on their website by clicking
the name.  Aside from on site management, from an office
behind the Clubhouse, they make it easy to submit work
orders from your home.

WORK ORDERS
  1. Click on Work Orders link above and it will take you to
    the Castle website. The Homeowners Services tab
    contains a list of forms you can access. Or, by clicking
    above, you will go directly to the work order form. Fill
    out the form and hit SUBMIT, or
  2. Call 272-6154 and you will either get someone in the
    office or a recording. Leave your message for work
    you need completed and you will hear from someone
    within 72 hours, or
  3. Go to the office and pick up and complete a written
    work order and submit it back to the office.

RIC FORMS
  1. To submit a form to the RIC office for event information,
    click on the RIC Forms link and print out the form. Fill it
    out and put it in the RIC mailbox in the clubhouse.
  2. Pick up an official pink copy in the Clubhouse kiosk, fill
    it out and put it in the mailbox.

E-FORMS
  1. Should you need to fill out forms for use of the
    Clubhouse or the Theater, use the ones found on the  
    E-Forms page.
