Our emergency telephone
service contacts every
telephone in the complex and
will only be used in times of
emergency.
Our regular Bulletin Boards are
located in a corridor of the
clubhouse. They contain sign-up and
interest indicator sheets Our for
classes. Duplicate Bridge, golf and
bowling scores are displayed
weekly. Also displayed are colorful
posters to remind residents of many
of the most important shows and
club events.
Remind your visitors
they must show their
driver's license and a
picture ID.
This rule is being
implemented
and security will turn
away unlicensed guests.

    Effective June 3, 2009, all sales or
    leases at Rainberry Bay shall include
    the provision that at least one
    permanent occupant shall be 55 years
    of age or older.  Further, the minimum
    age of any permanent occupant shall
    be 18 years.

    Any applications for sales, leases,
    renewals and extensions are subject,
    except as otherwise provided, to this
    rule.  Completed applications currently
    in process will be considered in
    compliance.

    EXEMPT from this rule are persons
    from the immediate family of
    homeowners who inherited the
    property by deed, trust or rule of law.

    The application form requires a
    notarized statement that one occupant
    must be 55 years of age or older.

This motion was passed by the BOD to put
us back in compliance with our documents.

NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS

Our neighbors to the south, Haiti, will need
durable Medical Equipment for many years to
come.  We Care asks you to check your
garages, closets and patios for walkers,
wheelchairs, crutches, canes or any other
equipment that you can donate.  Call the We
Care number or call me (Marion Small) at
274-8788 for more information.

I have already made arrangements through
church groups to have them flown to Haiti.
