Robert Cohen, Candidate for Master Association Board​
I believe we need:
·     A Comprehensive Management Plan that governs how the Board oversees all the actions of the Management Company.
·     A Preventive Maintenance program to prevent doing maintenance only REACTIVELY when something breaks.
·     A Rainberry Bay long range Redevelopment Plan to maintain our community as top-notch.
·     A Financial Management Plan that provides in depth review of the handling of our funds by the Management Company.
·     An effective means of communications that allows the owners to PROVIDE INPUT TO THE BOARD.
